Ryokuinkoshaku is sake (Japanese rice wine), literally meaning “leafy shade aromatic sake.” As the name suggests, the sake was fresh. I enjoyed it at the end of this very hot summer.
I love sake. However, I don’t know very much about it. Therefore, I always ask a liquor store clerk’s recommendation. Ryokuinkoshaku was recommended by a owner of my neighbor store as dry, clear and reasonable.
“What is your recommendation” is “Osusume wa?” in Japanese. Please use it when you visit Japanese store!
